Albert Cleaveley was born 1911 in Poplar London, and in later life was a resident & artist of Pin Mill Suffolk, although an amateur artist his ability is obvious & possessed fine skill & ability with colour & form.
shown this work is framed at 500mm x 400mm unglazed.

Framed as shown at 20.5" x 17" all can if desired be re-mounted in a different colour to suit your setting.
Each is professionally dry mounted to PH neutral backing board to ensure preservation.

Points of interest are;
- Fire station which is at Place Road next to number 4 (4 viewed behind chap on Ladder)
- Fowey Hall which sits on the hill without any trees etc, as such the image is dated to soon after its construction in 1890
- The Bodinnick Ferry showing Ships moored in the area that is now the present day ferry stage/port.
- View up Market Street image taken from behind the Aquarium.
- The King of Prussia before its rebuilding in 1890s (image pre 1886)
The set of seven make an important & rare collection of Fowey past.
This is a rare vintage collection that has wear comensurate to age, esp to frame. will be sent with frames having been colour waxed to restore.
Frames are a delicate Gold with Black trim finish as shown.
